TERMS AND CONDITION


Health and Safety 


Lasio Mobile Keratin Specialists have been trained to prioritize cleanliness and sanitation. All of our Specialists have been directed to follow the below Sanitation Procedures for every appointment booked:

  • Stylists must wear a mask and gloves prior to entering the clients residence. As soon as the stylist enters the building they must change their gloves and place in a disposable bag and put on new gloves
  • Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds upon immediate arrival. If soap and water are not readily available, all pros are encouraged to carry an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • If you are feeling unwell or are showing any flu-like signs we kindly ask that you please reschedule your appointments.
  • Carry Barbicide spray to disinfect tools  before and after every appointment
  • Clean brushes thoroughly before and after every appointment

Re-do Policy 


I understand if I am not satisfied with the results of my service, I  must contact Lasio Mobile Services within seven ( 7 ) days of the treatment. If I fail to contact Lasio Mobile Services within seven days, I understand that any action taken is at the discretion of Lasio Mobile Services and neither Lasio Mobile Services nor its Stylists are under any obligation to offer restitution.


Cancellation Policy 


I  understand that I may be liable for a charge of up to $150 if I make an appointment and cancel the same day as the appointment. I understand that I have 24 hours from my appointment to cancel without penalty. I understand that I am given a 15 minute grace period If I am running late, but after that period the Lasio Mobile Services Stylist has the right to deny my service and a cancellation fee will apply.



Service Refund Policy 


If your plans change, you can change your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment by contacting us via email or by phone.  All changes made before 24 hours on services booked with aftercare products (Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond packages) will result in a partial refund. All Lasio product sales are final, there will be no returns on any Hypersilk Products. If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours, you will be refunded for the appointment only, not the aftercare products.


Scheduling/Re-booking


In the event that an appointment is booked with a stylist and they do not service my area, I understand that Lasio Mobile Keratin Services reserves the right to change my stylist without notice. My request to Book a stylist is solely dependent on that stylist's calendar being available and my physical location is in the areas that they service. Each of our stylists are trained professionals to perform Lasio Keratin Treatments, your Lasio Mobile Keratin Service will not be compromised due to the change in Stylist.


Client Release Form 


I attest that the content, procedure and zero restitution policy of purchase and maintenance of Lasio Mobile Keratin Services have been fully explained to me by a Lasio Mobile Keratin Specialist. I comply with all cosmetic work performed. I will not make any claims or pursue damages of any sort against Lasio Mobile Keratin Specialists.  I agree that the following statements are true:


  1. I AM NOT -  currently pregnant or nursing                                                                                             
  2. I AM NOT  - actively trying to get pregnant                                                                                          
  3. I AM NOT -  sensitive to chemical hair processes/ treatments                                                    
  4. I AM NOT -  allergic to Fragrances                                                                                               


 I hereby attest that the above information is true and correct, I have read and understand the above statement
